1. What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies and similar technologies (localStorage, pixels) are information stored on or read from your device. They can be technical, needed for the site or a service you request, or third-party analytics and marketing tools, which require your prior consent (Art. 122 Italian Privacy Code; Italian DPA guidelines of 10 June 2021).

Analytics and marketing tools are loaded only after your consent, given through the banner shown on your first visit. The banner offers “Reject”, “Customise” and “Accept” with equal prominence; closing it with X rejects everything. Your choice is remembered for 6 months and you can change it at any time from the “Cookie preferences” link at the bottom of every page. We use Google Consent Mode v2 in basic mode: Google tags are not loaded until you consent.
For Google Analytics we disabled Google Signals and data sharing for advertising, and set data retention to 14 months. For the Meta Pixel, Ester and Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. are joint controllers only for the collection and transmission of data through the pixel (Art. 26 GDPR); further processing is Meta's under its own policy.
4. Google Search Console
Search Console is a Google tool to monitor the site in search results. It works on Google's data and sets no cookies on your device; the site only contains a verification meta tag.
5. External services reached via links
When you click WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok or the payment button you are taken to that service (Meta, ByteDance, Stripe), which uses its own cookies:
6. Emails without tracking
The Italian DPA treats email tracking pixels like cookies (decision no. 284 of 17 April 2026). Our emails, such as confirmations, reminders and receipts, contain no tracking pixels or tracked links.
7. How to manage or delete
Besides the “Cookie preferences” link, you can delete cookies and site data in your browser settings or browse privately. For data collected by Google and Meta you can also use Google My Ad Center and Meta ad preferences.
