I travel by taxi with all my professional equipment. The round trip depends on your area: 20 € in the centre, 30 € for most of the city, 40 € in the west (CityLife, Fiera, Tortona), 35–60 € outside the city. Your total is always calculated and shown before you book. Minimum treatment spend: 60 €.

I recommend at least 48 hours ahead. For Saturdays, holidays, weddings and events, 1–2 weeks is best. For last-minute requests message me anyway: if I'm free, I'll come.

Message me on WhatsApp with treatment, area and preferred day. I reply personally, we confirm time and address, and you get a reminder the day before.

Steel tools sterilised in an autoclave and kept in sealed pouches opened in front of you; single-use files, buffers, spatulas and covers; gloves; surfaces disinfected before and after.

A table or free space, a power socket and good light. For full-body waxing, facials and massage I bring a table: I need about 2×3 metres.

Yes. I work in Milan hotels in coordination with reception and organise beauty days in offices for teams and companies.

Pay online by card when booking, or pay cash on the day and leave your card as a guarantee: nothing is charged unless you cancel late. Invoices available on request.

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before. Between 48 and 24 hours a 20% fee on treatments applies; under 24 hours, 50%. A no-show is charged the full treatment plus taxi. You can reschedule once for free up to 24 hours before, and no fee applies with a medical certificate.

Yes. I started beauty school at 14, have worked in the field since 2009 and earned my professional beautician qualification in Milan, also teaching at an academy.
