Withdraw from the contract
Online withdrawal function under Art. 54-bis of the Italian Consumer Code. You can also use it to cancel a booking.
How it works. Enter your details and the booking reference, then confirm. You will immediately receive an email receipt with your statement, date and time. For treatments booked on a specific date the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply (Art. 59(n) Italian Consumer Code): your request counts as a cancellation under Art. 6 of the Terms and conditions, free up to 48 hours before the appointment. Unused gift cards can be withdrawn from within 14 days of purchase.
